About CSHM

The Center for the Study of Haematological Malignancies, an initiative of the Karaiskakio Foundation, is a non-profit organization which aims towards the creation of a new biomedical research center dedicated to the study of hematological malignancies.

Furthermore, the CSHM is aiming to function as a hub for the dissemination of knowledge about hematological malignancies, to establish continuing educational programs for scientists and health professionals in collaboration with our international partners, and to raise public awareness amongst the Cypriot general public regarding leukemias and lymphomas.

The founding ethos of the CSHM is to provide a strong commitment to the service of Cypriot patients in combination with serious scientific research in the field of Hemato-oncology. We anticipate that adherence to this work ethos will enable the Centre to evolve into a larger institute, attracting national and international funding and producing high impact research in the field.
